The bronze Bio-Harmonizers are sold with a measuring chain. The length of the chain should allow the Bio-Harmonizer to hang about 1” – 1 ½” below the sternal notch at the bottom of the neckline.
To measure an appropriate length, unlatch one side of chain from the clasp. In front of a mirror hold each side of the chain behind the neck touching both sides together. Adjust the unlatched end up or down until the pendant rests over the desired area. Then use your fingers to identify the notch which represents the correct length. Cut the chain with a pair of scissors just above the spot of the new length.
Once cut, the new end will also fit in the clasp of the measuring chain. The new length can then be used for measuring when you are ready to replace it with a more permanent necklace.
Individuals who do not like to wear jewelry that close to the neckline should feel free to wear a pendant on a necklace of any length.
